card#21- black ,white and red

I made this card using Scooter Chloe from  Sparkle Creations.

Big snowflakes are embosseed ,small snowflakes are punched with vellum.

 I use Nestabilities to make the red rose.(Merry Christmas) is embossed on vellum.

card#20- A gift tag

It's today's card . First I stamp the Eiffel Tower from the Stampsmith plate Paris , mask it and then I emboss the dot background with white sparkle embossing powder on Kraft.

I cut part of the image , used a white crayon on the lines of the swirls , to create a resist with Distress inks.And stamp the sentiment with black .

card #18- I need more cars

Men love cars even they are boys. In my memory, most of my brother's toy are cars. He said they are different types but they are the same for me. That  idea inspire me to make this card for a man-my brother.

I use MASK to color cars.

card #17- simply Red

For the layout I followed Sparkle Dreams Challenge #1.

Today's card, as you can see, is fairly seriously RED! I think it suits Rin and snowmen.

I add some glitter gel on the snow and the ground. Here is the close-up.

card #16- winter wonderland

I have finished my card for the SCRSC#15, the theme is WINTER.

I use white and blue to symbolize cold .I cut circles with the Nestabilities and punch some snowflakes.Add some snowflakes to make a snowing sence.

I read   the  super easy tutorial from Sparkle's post today.
I decide to try it right away.
It's a spiral felt flowers tutoeial. Since I don't have any felt , I make with paper.It's the same way and it works.

Just a close-up to my first spiral paper flowers.

That's how I make it.
1.Cut a circle
2.cut the spiral
3.roll up from outer and glue it with glue dot

That's it.

I was inspired by the picture below(from Capturing Creativity shop) to make a circle shape card and entry EtsyInspired Challenge EIC #110 {Capturing Creativity}

card #14- chocolate rose

This is a ATC. I want a  monochromatic card ,so I use the waterbrush with Tim Holtz Distress ink pad (Vintage Photo) to color  Charlotte. Just one ink pad  can show several colours.  The background is  tinged with Vintage Photo,too. I choose brown to fit the theme "brown" of  the smART-Word Challenge .

card #13-Halloween

Here is my Halloween card. I stamp spiderweb around the bossy gril and mounted it on an embossed panel.

 I stamped several  Halloween element(bats,pumpkin,witch,skeleton,trick or treat... ) on orange circle papers.

card #12-weave & paper flower

I made this card using Charlotte with a Rose from Sparkle Creations .

The background stamp is from .....ME!!

Lol,I'm proud to say I  carved  several  strips on an erase  to make a  background stamp. It works and looks not bad. I've had the panel done for 1 year or more.Today I found it by accident.

  The check pattern  just match the weave work I do below.(Never do that before.)

The purple flower is also handmade/ with newspaper inked.

It's fall season now.
I use 2 leaf punches and 6strips(3 for panel) .

She is elegent.She is  attractive.She has a beautiful heart.She is Audrey.

I mask the image and stamped three times with black,magenta,cyan.(I try several color combos,this one is my favorite)
