Men love cars even they are boys. In my memory, most of my brother's toy are cars. He said they are different types but they are the same for me. That idea inspire me to make this card for a man-my brother.
I read the super easy tutorial from Sparkle's post today.
I decide to try it right away.
It's a spiral felt flowers tutoeial. Since I don't have any felt , I make with paper.It's the same way and it works.
I was inspired by the picture below(from Capturing Creativity shop) to make a circle shape card and entry EtsyInspired Challenge EIC #110 {Capturing Creativity}
This is a ATC. I want a monochromatic card ,so I use the waterbrush with Tim Holtz Distress ink pad (Vintage Photo) to color Charlotte. Just one ink pad can show several colours. The background is tinged with Vintage Photo,too. I choose brown to fit the theme "brown" of the smART-Word Challenge .
Here is my Halloween card. I stamp spiderweb around the bossy gril and mounted it on an embossed panel.
I stamped several Halloween element(bats,pumpkin,witch,skeleton,trick or treat... ) on orange circle papers.

Lol,I'm proud to say I carved several strips on an erase to make a background stamp. It works and looks not bad. I've had the panel done for 1 year or more.Today I found it by accident.
The check pattern just match the weave work I do below.(Never do that before.)
The purple flower is also handmade/ with newspaper inked.

I mask the image and stamped three times with black,magenta,cyan.(I try several color combos,this one is my favorite)
